Miriam Flesch specializes in unique, handmade, artistic Sterling Silver (925) designs on ceramics and glassware. The ceramic vessels are replicas of earthenware found at archeological excavations in Israel and the surrounding area, dating back to different prehistoric and historic periods.
The pieces are decorated with ancient Hebrew and Aramaic scripts, geometric designs, Jewish symbols, personal seals, animals, flowers and plants, musical instruments and more - all of which were indeed used to decorate pottery in Biblical and ancient times!

Miriam's unique works can be found around the globe, as they are presented as official state gifts to foreign dignitaries visiting Israel.

Miriam Flesch was born in the United States where she attended the High School of Music and Art in New York City.
In 1952 she moved to Israel and participated in courses and activities in the artists' village of Ein Hod, studying with some of Israel's leading artists including Marcel Janco, Moshe Mokady, Arie Navon, Sima Slinim, Michael Gross, Professor Joseph Shaaltiel and others. She also received a diploma in Arts and Crafts from the Oranim College and a B.A. in Art and General history from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. For many years she taught art in various schools and community centers.
In 1991, Miriam established the independent studio "Fine Art", where she now creates her exclusive artwork.
