The Hamsa hand is traditionally believed to bring good fortune, success or any kind of positive energy while preventing misfortune and warding off the evil eye. Hamsa, also romanized khamsa, is that literally means "five", but also "the five fingers of the hand." Depicting the open right hand, an image recognized and used as a sign of protection in many societies throughout history, the hamsa is believed to provide defense against the evil eye.
Sophie loves to create. When it comes to paintings, she just can not stop. Sophie started painting in Russia, where she says she learned most of her techniques. Upon coming to Israel, Sophie studied Fine Arts BFA at the University of Haifa where she specialized in painting.
